How to ask Zesst Now Services Private Limited to delete data held by Zesst AI Staff or this website, and what we do when you ask.

If you are a business using Zesst AI Staff
Write to zesstn@gmail.com from the email address on your account, or message +91 77538 98481, with the words "Delete my data" and your business name. We stop all automation for your accounts, delete your settings, conversation records, posts and reports from our server and our Google Sheet, and confirm to you in writing once it is done, within 30 days of your request. Invoices we are required to keep under Indian tax law are kept for the period the law requires.
You can also withdraw our access yourself at any time: remove the Zesst app from your Facebook and Instagram settings (Business integrations, or Apps and websites), remove our access to your WhatsApp Business account in Meta Business Settings, and remove us as a manager of your Google Business Profile.
If you messaged a business that uses Zesst AI Staff
Reply STOP on WhatsApp to stop automated messages. To have your conversation deleted, write to zesstn@gmail.com with the phone number or Instagram username you used and the name of the business. We delete the record within 30 days and tell the business it has been deleted.
If you signed in with Facebook or Instagram
If you connected your Facebook or Instagram account to our app and want what we received from Meta deleted, remove the app from your Facebook or Instagram settings and write to zesstn@gmail.com. We delete the data within 30 days and confirm by email.
